Welcome to Swaffham Under 16s
Under 16’s training is held at Swaffham Rugby Club on North Pickenham Road, Swaffham. PE377QX on Wednesday evenings from 6.45 to 8.15 pm.
Games are normally played on Sunday mornings 10.30 am- 12 noon, but training will always take place if no fixture is available.
The Under 16 side is just one step away from joining the Senior section of the Club and this is the age group we hope will provide us with our future 1st team players. Many of the players have come through the Mini and Junior age groups but there is always room for new players and we are always looking for to new additions, whatever their skill or experience level.
New players are allowed to join in with matches after they have done some initial training and been assessed by our RFU qualified coaches. We like to know that these young men can prove themselves on the pitch, and it helps create a fantastic team bond that we are really proud of within all our Junior sides.
