A message for the senior squad at training last night…
Thank you so much to all those who were able to turn up and work so hard !
As coach, one of the massive things for me, that makes it such a pleasure to work with you, is seeing and hearing what happens when I stop talking.
The coaching of each other and fine tuning that goes on within the activities I set you is brilliant. There is still banter, which is great,  but it’s a while since I have heard anything cruelly negative voiced. There is, lots of useful guidance and supportive feedback.
Your positive attitude towards developing your support for each other in training, will stand you in good stead in future campaigns.
